The supply water must meet the requirements of the German Drinking Water Ordinance (TVO) in any case. If the values of the German Drinking Water Ordinance are exceeded, additional filters (pollution-dependent) are required.

Rejection of substances which can be contained in water: cations, anions, heavy metals, inorganic compounds, organic compounds, polyaromatic compounds, chlorinated hydrocarbons, pesticides and their degradation products, microorganisms, drug residues, hormones, trihalomethanes.

The rejection rates of the individual substances depend on the respective concentrations and lies in a range from 80 to 99%. However, 100% of all viruses and bacteria are removed.
